Library Policies
Borrowing Materials: Present your PacerCard to borrow materials. Students can check out books for four weeks (28 days) and videos and DVDs for one week (7 days). Items may be renewed as necessary but are due back on the last day of classes each semester.
Borrowing Reserve Items: Professors may place materials on reserve in the library, and they may be borrowed for 3 hours (library-use only), 24 hours or 3 days, per the instructor's wishes. Request reserve items from the staff member at the circulation desk.
Renewing Materials: Renewals are granted for four weeks (28 days). Books may be renewed in person or over the phone (919.508.2302).
