Diploma Information

Each student will receive a scroll as they cross the stage. Inside will be information about the mailing of their diploma. This will not be your actual diploma. Prior to the mailing of diplomas, the following process will take place

• The Office of the Registrar will review all degree candidate information and then order the diplomas
• The Office of Student Accounts will verify that your account is cleared
• Diplomas will be received and reviewed for accuracy by the Office of the Registrar
• Diplomas will be mailed directly to the address you have provided to the University

Please note that this process takes approximately 8-10 weeks.

Students have a choice whether they want a diploma from Peace College or William Peace University. Additionally, students can order graduation announcements and/or their class ring with the same option. 

Latin Honors will be noted on the diploma.

Degree will be noted on the diploma.
