Graduate Salute Information and Schedule

Graduate Salute:  A time when seniors come to prepare for Commencement by completing various requirements: ordering regalia, class ring, graduation announcements, meet with various university departments and more.

Date:  February 19 and 20
Location:  2nd floor Belk
Time:  12 p.m. - 6 p.m.

Tables will be set up for the following:

Office of Career Services: Information tables about the services offered to alumni at the Career Center and learn about the remaining career fairs for the semester. Each senior will receive "The Senior Booklet," which contains information about post graduation job searches and educational services.

Office of Engagement: Welcomes students as Alumni and the Class of 2012. Students will have the opportunity to purchase a BRICK, donate to the senior class gift and receive an explanation (and list of) benefits that come with being an alumni.

Pink Alli: This service is available to students who would like to have their hoods monogrammed. Alli Leggett has very generously offered to monogram each student's hood for free. Once Jostens delivers the caps/gowns/and hoods, Pink Alli will return to WPU and meet with graduates to measure for their monogramming. Hoods will then be monogrammed and brought back to campus for graduates to pick up. All FREE.

Jostens: Jostens will measure each student for cap, gown and hoods. Students can also order class rings at this time if they have not already completed these orders. You will also have the opportunity to order graduation announcements and cards. Both Peace College and William Peace University branded products will be available. These are not mandatory, but simply an option many students choose.

Office of Financial Aid: A financial aid representative will be available to students to discuss mandatory Exit Counseling for student loans.

Office of the Registrar: Students can confirm correct spelling of their name and major for diplomas with a registrar representative. Students can also choose whether their diploma will say William Peace University or Peace College.

Office of Student Accounts: A representative from Student Accounts will be available for students to pay their Graduation fee -- if they have not already made this payment -- and any other outstanding balances.

*** There will be refreshments available for all attendees
