Sports are about more than just playing a game. They're about developing the leadership skills, teamwork and work ethic you'll need for the rest of your life.

William Peace University offers student-athletes the chance to continue their athletic careers and grow as leaders while receiving a top-notch education. WPU is a member of the U.S.A. South Athletic Conference of the NCAA Division III and fields teams in seven different sports including men's and women's basketball, men's and women's cross country, women's soccer, softball, tennis, volleyball and men's golf. In 2014, WPU will also add men's baseball and soccer.

Though Division III schools can't offer athletic scholarships, William Peace University takes athletics seriously. Our athletes battle against nationally ranked programs and compete for conference and national championships. Live game stats are broadcast online for all home softball and basketball games online with video and audio feeds provided for some basketball games. WPU also has a hall of fame where our greatest athletes and their accomplishments are honored.
