Year-end reminders: Invoices
Invoices for items received in June or services performed in June are due to Sue Lambert no later than Friday, July 9th to count in the 2009-10 budget. Goods or services received starting July 1 or later will be charged to the 2010-11 budget (in accordance with accounting/auditing standards). All account adjustment or budget adjustment forms are due to Susan Childs by this same date of July 9th. Thank you for your help in monitoring your budget closely and getting the year closed out timely!

Peace Perk open for lunch
Peace Perk is trying out summer lunch and evening hours. Come by for sandwiches and wraps. Peace Perk is open each day 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., then again 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., except for Friday when it's open only for lunch.
