Student Life
Residence
Live and learn! Residential living at Peace is an extended classroom, a unique opportunity to learn about different people and new cultures and to experience life on your own in a supportive community.
Peace College students are required to live on campus their first two years, in housing provided by the college, unless they are: married; have dependents; or live with their parent(s) or legal guardian(s). For housing information, please contact Candice Johnston or Glorias Lee. Phone: 919-508-2004 or 1-800-PEACE-47.

Main Building
Peace College's oldest building, Main Building, is located at the center of campus. Main houses approximately 50 students on the third and fourth floors. Administrative and faculty offices occupy the first and second floors. Dinwiddie Chapel and Leggett Theatre are located on the second floor as well. There are large balconies facing Downtown Raleigh on each floor of Main. There are three halls on the third and fourth floors of Main, and each floor has a community bathroom. A kitchen and several computers are located on the fourth floor for student use.

The computer lab and academic support services, as well as a lounge, are located on the first floor. A laundry room and kitchen are located in Frazier for student use. Frazier connects to Main.
Joyner Service House
Joyner Service House is a themed housing opportunity that will allow for students who are particularly interested in community service to live together so they can work collaboratively to promote service opportunities to the Peace College community and strengthen their commitment to community service in the process. These students will take on key leadership roles in the service office and will complete certain service requirements as members of this community.
Joyner Service House provides the feel of a house with the closeness of campus. Joyner has seven bedrooms, four baths, a kitchen, a laundry room, and a common living room area. The house is wired for cable and internet access. During the early part of the spring semester, any student can complete an application and participate in the interview process to live in Joyner Service House.
Davidson Hall
Davidson Hall houses approximately 63 students in three floors. Rooms are arranged in suites in which four students share a bathroom. A breezeway connects Davidson to Ross Hall.

This includes all nonresidents of a particular residence hall. The term "guest" applies to all family members and friends regardless of gender. All guests will be asked to check in at designated locations for each building and should wear a guest name tag while on campus. All guests should be escorted through the buildings.
Peace students are allowed to entertain male guests until midnight (12:00 a.m.), seven days a week in various lounges and parlors located on campus. All male guests are to be off campus by midnight (12:00 a.m.) every night. Male guests are allowed to visit a resident's room during the following designated visitation hours:

Hours are enforced to help ensure a respectful learning and living environment, quiet hours being at 11:00 p.m. and end at 9:00 a.m. unless otherwise agreed upon by hall. General courtesy should be exercised at all times. During finals week of each semester, all halls should abide by extended (22-24 hour) quiet hours.
