The Peace College curriculum, which is packaged as Peace Passport, provides a unique blend of rigorous academics, internships, and cross cultural experiences that we feel is the best combination of experiences that will lead you to success.

All majors at Peace College require an internship. We have a great advantage being located in the Research Triangle, one of the most innovative and high tech communities in the country, and in North Carolina's capital city. We have placed students in internships with industries such as American Express, GlaxoSmithKline, the NC State Legislature and many more. Peace College is one of the few colleges in the country that requires a graded internship for each student-but it's proven to be a major advantage, as 60% of our graduates say their internship led to a job offer.

Peace College offers an impressive list of study abroad opportunities that dozens of students take advantage of each academic year. Programs include a one week exchange program with Qatar University, a summer living experience in Yucatan, Mexico, a European concert tour every three years for members of the Chamber Singers, and field experience on the Galapagos Islands. Travel grants which cover a portion of your expenses are awarded to full-time students with a GPA of 2.6 and higher who are returning to Peace College the semester after their study-abroad experience.
