Peace Students Present at the National Conference for Undergraduate Research

Peace College students accompanied by three faculty members attended the National Conference for Undergraduate Research (NCUR) at Salisbury State University in Salisbury, Maryland, April 10-12.

NCUR was established in 1987 and is dedicated to promoting undergraduate research, scholarship, and creative activity in all fields of study. Through their annual conference students are provided an opportunity to celebrate and promote their undergraduate achievement .

This year Peace had a 300% increase in participation in this prestigious national conference. They also represented eight different disciplines at Peace College including Anthropology, Biology, Chemistry, Child Development, English, Graphic Design, History and Psychology. Each of the students worked closely with a faculty mentor this year on a research project in her major. The students were thrilled to have the chance to present their work before students and faculty from all over the United States. Listed below are the students, their faculty mentors, and project titles.
