Peace Strengthens: They knew I had it in me.

General Guidelines

Minimal Design Standards for Publications

  1. Peace College should be clearly and prominently identified on the cover or front panel of each piece with an official Peace mark as identified in this guide.
  2. To promote a consistent visual identity, Peace College logos and marks may vary in size, but cannot otherwise be altered, tampered with, modified or overprinted.
  3. The college seal should be used only on official or ceremonial documents. It should never be altered.
  4. A link to a Web site must be listed on all pieces. This includes the main Peace College URL (www.peace.edu) and any other applicable links.
  5. "Raleigh, NC" should be prominent near the logo if it is not part of the logo.
  6. The following equal opportunity notation must be included on the back of all printed materials going to external audiences: EE/EEO Institution.

** Any special circumstances which may require a deviation from the standards outlined in this guide should be approved by the Communications Office.

The Web

The Communications Office oversees the appearance of the main college home page and the pages directly linked from the main page. The Communications Office is responsible for creating and maintaining college web pages on the www.peace.edu domain. The Information Technology and Telecommunications Office manages the resources and technical issues regarding Web accounts, college servers and system configuration.

It is requested that all Peace web pages be approved by the Communications Office before being posted and that they follow the general design and color palette of other Peace pages, and that all updates to pages are made by the Communications Office for consistency of standards.
