Peace College and North Carolina mandatory immunization laws.

Non-Compliant Students

Students must submit proof of immunity according to Public Health Laws 2165 and 2167, within thirty days of the start of the first semester on campus. Students who do not comply will be notified by the Director of Student Health within two weeks of attendance at Peace College, of the need to comply. This warning will be sent via college e-mail. Parents of undergraduate students will be sent a letter. Thirty days after the start of the semester, non compliant students will be notified that they are excluded from class and a hold has been placed on their registration. This notification will be done via college e-mail. Undergraduate parents will receive a notification letter regarding the hold. Resident students will also be notified to leave their residence halls. Holds can not be lifted until all immunization requirments have been fully met.
