{Student Instructions}

Please note the procedures below for scheduling testing accommodations.

• If you choose to take an exam WITH the professor, but in a separate room, please ensure that you give him or her at least one week's notice that you will be doing so.
• You may not ask for an accommodation on the day of the exam. Instructors must know ahead of time that you will be utilizing this accommodation in order to make the necessary arrangements.
• If you choose to take an exam in our testing room, you must give the professor and our office at least one week's notice that you will be acceding this accommodation.
