Please note the procedures below for management of testing accommodations for students with disabilities.

• If a student chooses to take an exam WITH the professor, but in a separate room, she is to give you at least one week’s notice to enable you to verify that she is entitled to the accommodation, and make any necessary arrangements required.
• A student may not ask for an accommodation on the day of the exam.
• If the student chooses to take an exam in the Disability Resource Center testing room she must give you and the Disability Resource Center at least one week’s notice.  Please remind the student to contact Disability Resource Center by phone: 508-2493 or email: mfountain@peace.edu to schedule the test. Also please place the test in a manila envelope, seal it and sign across the flap. The student is responsible for getting the envelope from you and bringing it to the Disability Resource Office at the time of her test.
