Career Connections, will be held Wednesday, Oct. 22 at 6 p.m. with visiting Peace alumnae discussing their career paths with Peace students.

This annual event, co-sponsored by Career Services and the Board of Visitors, connects Peace students with professionals for career information, networking and internship and job leads.

"This year is extra special, besides having a great group of professionals eager to share their time and advice to our students we also are revealing our new Career Services logo, designed by Graphic Design student, Bonnie Roberson. Bonnie took Career Services as her "client" this semester and is excited about all the services and events Career Services offers students and alumnae. She quickly conceptualized the mission of the department and designed a logo and slogan which exemplifies our purpose," said Barbara Efird, director of career services.

Career Connections posters, flyers and program are the first department publications that contain the logo and slogan. Bonnie will be recognized at the Career Connections reception at 6:45 p.m. in the second floor breezeway of Flowe. All are invited to attend.
