Faculty-staff invited to Little Siblings Weekend
Faculty and Staff are invited to bring their families and young friends to Little Siblings Weekend 2009 on March 20th – 22nd. The highlight of the weekend will be a Tailgate Picnic Lunch on New Residence Lawn before the Pacers Softball game vs. Ferrum College on Saturday. Inflatables, crafts, and other activities for children and teens will be out on the lawn as we get ready to cheer on the softball team! Visit the website for the full schedule of events. If you are only coming to the lunch there is no need to register, but if you would like to register a child for the whole weekend please fill out the registration form by March 16th.

United Way Campaign Agency Spotlight: YMCA - by Joe Wolf
I give to the United Way because they support agencies like the YMCA of the Triangle.  The YMCA does a lot of great things here locally, including summer camps and afterschool programs.  That's how I know the "Y", as the place I trust my daughters to after their school lets out but I am finishing the day's work at Peace.  My girls love their Y college student counselors and the mix of athletics they engage them in.

Digitized archives available online
The programs from recitals, concerts, commencements and other events in the history of Peace College are becoming available online. We are in the process of digitizing these documents and making them searchable in our online catalog, with links to the .pdf files. So far, documents from 1873 through 1920 have been posted. The ultimate goal is to have all print materials digitized, including correspondence, grade ledgers, and photographs. For directions on how to access these files, see the archives web page: http://library.peace.edu/Archives/digdocs.html
