Picnic tomorrow at noon
We’re celebrating summertime with a picnic tomorrow! Prepare and bring to share a dish. Your cooking assignment is arranged by the guide below. The College will provide the drinks, plates, forks, etc. The picnic begins at noon. Food will be served in Main Parlor.

Official tasters will judge and award prizes for winner in each category:

• Main dish -- Last name beginning with A-F
• Vegetable dish -- Last name beginning with G-L
• Salad -- Last name beginning with M-R
• Dessert -- Last name beginning with S-Z

Alumnae receive graduate school degrees
The following Peace alumnae have recently achieved the following degrees during graduation ceremonies in May at the respective colleges/universities listed:

• Amanda Lucas Lipscomb '05- received a Doctorate of Pharmacy from Campbell University
• Jen Benedetto, '07- received a Masters of Social Work from UNC-Wilmington
• Amber Perry '06 received a MSW from East Carolina University
• Pam Corbett Bailey '03 received a MA in Counseling from Biblical Theological Seminary

Peace hosting Quilters starting this weekend
The N.C. Quilt Symposium returns to Peace College next week, with setup beginning on Friday. The symposium brings hundreds of people to campus, including approximately 250 who will live on campus during the event, which will run through May 31. Resident attendees will begin moving in next Thursday (May 28). Attendees will participate in classes, which will be held throughout our classroom buildings, and in an exhibition that will be held in the Hermann Center. Please be aware that these guests will use college parking and other facilities. Please welcome them and extend your assistance to our guests.
