- March 10, 2014 Manning Chamber Music Concert Spring Concert and Reception William Peace University is pleased to present the 7th Annual Manning Chamber Music Concert Series in partnership with the North Carolina Symphony. The 2013-14 season will feature three concerts this year held on the institution’s campus in conjunction with the North Carolina Symphony and made possible through a gift made by alumna Sara Jo Allen Manning '58 '60 to establish The Manning Chamber Music Series Fund. The third Manning Concert for the 2013-14 performing arts season will feature concert in Kenan Auditorium at 7:30 p.m. with a reception held immediately following in Main Parlor (9:00 p.m.). For this concert, performances will include numbers by William Peace University vocalists, as selected and introduced by Rhiannon Giddens Laffan of the Grammy Award-Winning Carolina Chocolate Drops. William Peace University Names Linda Paulhus Student Accounts Coordinator
Four-Year Baccalaureate University Hires Paulhus To Serve As Student Accounts Coordinator
RALEIGH, N.C. – William Peace University (http://www.peace.edu), a private four-year university located in downtown Raleigh, has announced that Linda Paulhus has been named student accounts coordinator. In her position, Paulhus will serve as the primary cashier for the university and will be responsible for preparing statements and collection follow-ups, as well as assisting students, staff and faculty with transactions involving the PacerCard, which is the university’s campus card system. Additionally, she will serve asthe primary contact for all university billing and accounts receivable payments, including walk-in traffic and phone calls, and will advise students and parents on payment options and arrangements.
Paulhus has an extensive career in the accounting industry. Prior to joining William Peace University, she worked at Hood College in Frederick, Md., in the student accounts department.
