Mark Cushman, WPU Professor.

Dr. Cushman is a cognitive psychologist originally hailing from Tampa, Florida. He is married to Dr. Tilghman Hall, whom he shares three children, Michael, Anne, and Robert. His favorite Raleigh food spot is Leesville Tap Room, and he enjoys reading and collecting books.

Research & Publications

Dr. Cushman’s research revolves around the weekly study habits of college students. This research has led to a number of student presentations at regional psychology conferences. His current research is focused on studying the effects of texting on behavior.
