University Advancement exists to connect alumni and friends to William Peace University, its students, programs, and to each other through alumni relations, community partnerships, activities, events, fundraising, and much more.
University Advancement can help you plan your giving to the University, while supporting the interests of our alumni to stay informed, involved, and connected with their Alma Mater. There are multiple ways for our constituents to support our venerable institution, from arts and cultural programming to community engagement and volunteer opportunities.
A Letter from The Office of Advancement
We are delighted to provide multiple ways for everyone to support our venerable institution. Annually, our goal is to offer multiple ways to connect, including:
- Arts & Cultural Programming
- Community Engagement & Volunteer Opportunities
- Professional Networking Events and Career Services
- Social Gatherings & Reunion Activities
- Pacer Sporting Events & Sponsorship Chances
- Book Clubs, Regional Events & Alumni Chapters
- International & Domestic Travel with Educational Programming
The Office of Advancement seeks to increase participation by its graduates from multiple decades, including those who are alumni of Peace Institute, Peace College a Junior College for Women, Peace College of Raleigh, Inc., the William Peace School for Professional Studies and William Peace University.
The Office of Advancement is a university department which works in partnership with the Alumni Board to create and deliver high quality programming, diverse ways to connect and important sponsorship and giving opportunities.
This year, our corporate partners have invested in William Peace University, and we would like the thank Fifth Third Bank, Wells Fargo, and the Independent College Fund of North Carolina Independent Colleges and Universities.
We hope you will join us at one of our future events, lectures, games, trips, reunions, receptions or networking events.

State of the University Address
Staying in touch with you, our campus community, is one of our main priorities as an institution. Keeping you up to date with events, campus initiatives, and University strategies is key to helping our beautiful institution grow and prosper.
Earlier this year, WPU President, Dr. Brian Ralph, delivered his annual State of the University Address to alumni, faculty, staff, students, and community partners.
