Supporting and Advancing People of Color (SAPOC) is one of the WPU employee resource groups. The purpose of our group is to create community and to advance the needs of the employees of color on the WPU campus. We provide a forum for the exchange and development of ideas to increase the sense of belonging and make the campus more welcoming and inclusive for employees of color. Although we center the needs and experiences of employees of color, all are welcomed to join the space!
