The Peace Pathway: Transferring from Wake Technical Community College to WPU

Transferring to a new university is exciting! But you have a lot of decisions to make about the school, its location, and the experience you want.

One thing you don’t have to worry about is the transfer process. Save time and money through a special transfer pipeline between WakeTech and William Peace University — including AAS degrees!

Get a transfer credit evaluation - before you apply!

At WPU, you can transfer up to 90 credits. We have extensive agreements with community colleges and other schools so that it’s easy to transfer more of your credits and finish in two years.

If you have an Associate of Arts (AA) or Associate of Science (AS) from any North Carolina community college or Louisburg College, many of the Liberal Education requirements are waived. This means you are on a fast track to a bachelor’s degree at WPU!

The Faster Path

Transfer up to 90 credits.

At WPU, we honor the work you’ve already done, whether it’s general education, major requirements, or electives so that you can earn your Bachelor’s Degree (120 credits) faster.

Finish your Bachelor’s Degree in two years — or less! Some WakeTech students can finish in just two or three semesters.

The High-Value Path

Generous scholarship Options

Due to our generous scholarships, in combination with federal and state grants (for those who qualify), Wake Tech graduates pay as little as $12,000 per year in our traditional program and even less for working adults in our School of Professional Studies.

Plus, with the faster Peace Pathway, you could graduate more quickly and start earning a salary up to one year sooner.
