Returning to Campus

We look forward to Fall 2021 and welcoming our new and returning Pacers! We will continue to evaluate academic spaces in order to ensure the health and safety of our community.

Classrooms

  • We will continue to follow health and safety guidelines, as well as campus Community Standards, to configure instructional spaces.
  • Some classes may be moved to larger spaces to better accommodate in-person instruction. Some classrooms will have reduced capacity to allow distancing.
  • All community members are encouraged to utilize provided supplies to clean their seating area at the beginning of each class.

August 16: SPS New Student Orientation 

August 23: Start of Session I & 14-Week Courses

August 27: Last day to add/drop for Session I & 14-Week Courses

October 9: Session I Courses End

October 11: Start of Session II Courses

October 15: Last day to add/drop for Session II Courses

December 4: Session II & 14-Week Courses End

Courses  are offered in-person and students should plan to attend classes at the scheduled times.

The vast majority of classes are offered fully online.  There will be a limited number of on-campus and hybrid classes delivered in-person.

Center for Student Success

Traditional Undergraduates Academic Advising: schedule an appointment with your assigned advisor through WPUConnect or email. For advising appointments with Advising staff, find Jennifer Anderson or Kasha Klinegores in “Your Success Network” to see availability and schedule your appointment. Academic Support: Peer Tutoring will be available in a variety of courses and appointments begin August 25. Schedule appointments through WPUConnect. Email tutoring@peace.edu with any questions.

First Year Experience: If students have questions/concerns about their academic or other experiences at WPU, students can schedule an appointment via WPUConnect or email ddillon@peace.edu for assistance.

Office of the Registrar

Instructor Office Hours

Students are encouraged to meet with faculty and should follow guidelines on the syllabus or email the faculty member. 

Library

In person library services remain available. Visit MyPacerNet for resources, database, and assistance. Email library@peace.edu for assistance.

Study spaces and public computers are available in the library.

Center for Immersive Learning and Center for Student Success

The Center for Immersive Learning (CIL) and Center for Student Success will be open. Computers and printers are available for use. For use of the Collaboratory classroom space, please contact ImmersiveLearning@peace.edu.
