Register by March 11 for WPU Family Day

WPU is excited to be hosting the Pacer Family Program inaugural Family Day on March 26, and we would love to see you there. This event is an opportunity for families and their students to come together and make new memories and become more familiar with WPU. We are excited for you all to explore campus and meet other families. The Family Day event features an entire day of events and programs for all to enjoy.
WPU’s Pacer Family Program was created in spring 2021 by Stephanie Tate and Elizabeth Edwards to help connect families, students and the University. The Pacer Family Program hopes to provide families and students with the best WPU experience possible by encouraging them to engage with the campus community. What better way to engage with the WPU community than by hosting a Family Day catered to students and their families?
The schedule for the day is as follows:
8:30-9 a.m. | Check In
9-9:45 a.m. | Coffee with President Ralph
10-11:30 a.m. | Community Service
11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. | Lunch
1-3 p.m. | Paint and Sip or Softball Game (choose one)
3:15-4:15 p.m. | Yoga or Immersive Learning Experience (choose one)
4:30-6:30 p.m. | Family Feast
Family Day tickets are $25 for Family Member General Admission and free for all WPU students. The optional Paint and Sip has an additional $10 fee. WPU Softball will be playing between 1-3 p.m. Join in cheering on our Softball team, tailgate-style, in the doubleheader against Greensboro College.
Please visit WPU Family Portal to register by March 11. The WPU Family Portal is a great way to learn about events like Family Day as well as other University news, events and important announcements.
