Athletics Announces Kyle Edlhuber As Head Strength & Conditioning Coach

RALEIGH, NC – William Peace University is excited to announce Kyle Edlhuber as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Coach Edlhuber joins the Pacers after working as a Minor League Rehab Strength & Conditioning Coordinator for the Toronto Blue Jays for the past few years. From March 2015-2019, Edlhuber served as the Minor League Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Rookie, Low-A, & Advanced-A, also with the Blue Jays.
Coach Edlhuber is ready to join the Pacers, stating, “I am really excited to join William Peace University. I am looking forward to working with the different programs and all of the student-athletes. Having gone to and played at a D3 University myself; it reminds me of my own college experience. I hope to add to each student-athlete’s overall experience while in college athletics.”
Coach Edlhuber graduated with a B.S. in Sport and Exercise Science and a B.S. in Business Administration from Wisconsin Lutheran College in 2011. He later earned his M.S. in Human Performance from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse in 2015. During his time at La Crosse, he also worked as a Graduate Assistant as a Sports Performance Coach with several athletic programs.
Deputy Director of Athletics Claude Shields said, “We are thrilled to welcome Kyle to WPU Athletics. Having a full-time strength coach is such an asset for the development of our student-athletes. We can’t wait to see the positive strides that our athletes make under his direction.”
