#PeaceStPerspective: Episode 2
A few Fridays ago, seniors Dustin Walker, Katie Beth Jenkins, alumni Alexandra Finazzo ’16 and myself, decided to hit the town and have some Friday night fun! We wanted to find somewhere we didn’t have to just sit down the entire time so we decided to go bowling. We went to The Alley right down the street from Peace near NC State.
“…all you need is Google Maps, a few dollars in your pocket, and a good group of friends.”
Me, being the bowling champion that I am, thought I would crush the game but I lost both rounds. No matter, we had a great time throwing gutter balls, dancing in the aisles, and eating tater tots.
Afterward, we wanted to go grab a few drinks and relax. We discovered a chill bar only a block away from Peace called William & Company. The drinks were great but the company was even better! So if you’re ever looking for a night out all you need is Google Maps, a few dollars in your pocket, and a good group of friends. Downtown Raleigh has a great mixture of everything – whether you’re looking to chill, club, or hang out.
