William Peace University has been recognized as one of the “2021 Best Colleges in North Carolina by Salary Score” for being one of the 25 top schools in North Carolina for salary ranking of their graduates. This impressive list placed WPU at #12 out of the schools listed.

“We are excited to be included in this list and feel this recognition validates the hard work and success of our graduates and that our programs are preparing them for exciting opportunities, offers Dr. Brian Ralph, President of WPU. “Our 12:1 student faculty ratio and our immersive learning approach prepares students with the hands-on experience that makes them highly attractive in a competitive job market.”

This ranking is assigned based on a sum of alumni salaries and how they compare to those of other universities and/or colleges (“Salary Scores”). According to GradReports, these “Salary Scores” are measured by comparing the median alumni earnings from a year after graduating to those of another school, per major. Then, the medians, per major, are compiled into one sum of a potential salary for graduates from each individual school.

“The WPU community is pleased to be included in this ranking and know that prospective and current students and our successful alumni will agree that a WPU education is something to be proud of,” adds Dr. Ralph.

WPU’s #12 on the list of “2021 Best Colleges in North Carolina by Salary Score” recognizes how well the university prepares their students for rewarding careers after graduation. Overall, the university’s diverse learning opportunities, internship program, immersive learning curriculum, the more than 35 degree programs, and dedicated staff and faculty lend to this achievement. It’s a great day to be Pacer and WPU looks forward to continually fostering hardworking and prepared students and alumni.
