WPU Releases 2019 PEACE Magazine
William Peace University proudly unveiled the relaunch of the University’s annual magazine, the first edition of PEACE, earlier this month and now you can see it in full here. PEACE highlights student-centric opportunities like Immersive Learning experiences, accessible Study Abroad and NCAA Athletics all while celebrating the alumni successes and faculty & staff achievements that propel our community forwards.
Appropriately titled, “Believe in Peace” this newest issue explores not only the innovative programming and facilities that WPU is investing in but the incredible community that they will benefit. The themes of this magazine are simple, each story reflects community and opportunity, with the implication that access to opportunity is often possible thanks to an outstanding community. This publication, set to be released annually in the Spring, tells the Peace story in all her glory and serves as a reminder to all of the good that’s possible when a group of dedicated and passionate individuals believes!
WPU would like to thank all who contributed to bringing this vision to life. This magazine is truly a labor of love and pride from the Peace community. Vice President for Advancement, Jodi Stamey, MBA, CFRE, put it best in a welcome letter on the cover of the print magazine stating: “I am so excited to share with you the re-launch of the Peace Magazine – an initiative of our Believe in Peace Strategic Plan. It represents the passion, dedication, and creativity of our faculty, staff, students, alumni and friends. On behalf of the Office of Advancement, we can’t wait for you to turn the page and read what’s inside…”
