Erica Jastrow

Dr. Erica Jastrow has over 20 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and over 15 years of experience in Higher Education. She received a BSN from Lenoir Rhyne University and then earned a Master’s Degree in Nursing with a concentration in Nursing Education from UNC-Greensboro. In 2019, she completed a Doctor of Education degree with an emphasis in Higher Education Leadership from Grand Canyon University. Her dissertation focused on nursing faculty turnover intention, job satisfaction, and nursing academic administrator leadership style. Dr. Jastrow lives in Oxford, NC with her husband, children, and two barn cats. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, reading, and doing outdoor activities. Dr. Jastrow also serves as a Health Services volunteer for the American Red Cross and has participated as a volunteer in mass COVID-19 vaccine clinics.
