50/50 Row

Description

50/50 content rows allow authors to call attention to additional resources in a section by providing a headline, description, links and a button on one side of the content block and a large visual on the other.

How-To

  1. Add a new Row
  2. Click the pencil icon on the row to open Row Settings
  3. Click the gear icon to open the Settings menu and select a 50/50 Row option
  4. On the left side of the toolbar for the row, click the columns icon and change the column layout to two even columns
  5. In the column that text is being placed, click the + sign and add a new Text Block component
    1. Type Headline text, highlight the text, then select the H4 tag from the Tags (paragraph) menu
    2. Underneath the title, type the intro text, highlight the text, then select the “intro” format from the Formats menu
    3. Optional – type the description text as plain text
    4. Optional – create a new unordered bulleted list of links. Click anywhere on the list and select both the “ul.link-list” format from the Formats menu. Only links that fall under this section should be included in this list. There should not be any links to external sites or PDFs, only links to top level pages within the section. For usability purposes, the pages listed here should match the menu navigation. They should be worded exactly the same, in the same order, and link to the same pages.
    5. Optional – create a link, right click the link, and select any of the button styles
  6. In the column that the image is being placed
    • Click the + sign and add a new Single Image component
    • Enter full in the image size field
    • If the image is being placed in the right column, select Image Alignment – Right
