That’s why we have a three-year residency requirement. Learning and living in a diverse community of peers on campus is a transformative experience that will prepare you for a successful career and life.
We have five on-campus residential halls and one off-campus residence. All housing includes:

Village Green Apartments
Village Green Apartments provides students with a true apartment-style living experience. Located 3.4 miles from campus, Village Green residents have quick access to campus and the downtown community.
Students live in 3-bedroom units, each with a private room and bathroom. They share a living room and kitchen with their apartment mates. Village Green also offers additional amenities such as a swimming pool, full-sized basketball court, sand volleyball court, pet park, and 24-hour fitness center.
Village Green Apartments are treated as on-campus housing, so Resident Assistants are assigned to each building to assist students. A full-time WPU staff member also lives at the apartment complex.
